Baldwin Innovative Builders was established in West Palm Beach Florida in 1988 by Carl Baldwin. Carl grew up on construction sites, and thrives on the challenges associated with building exactly what his clients request on time and on budget.

Carl has built close relationships with local architects, engineers, inspectors and building departments.  These relationships along with him visiting the job sites daily are important to solve unexpected issues that arise that would normally delay a project, whether it is a remodel, historical renovation or new construction. The key is constant communication between Carl, his team, and the client to get the best solutions possible, while maintaining attention to cost engineering to help save Baldwin Innovative Builders clients money.
