Carl Baldwin, Sr., Project Superintendent
Carl started working in finish carpentry in 1962 at the age of 13. He took over the family construction business at the age of 16 due to an illness in the family. He has been working on high end custom homes in Palm Beach for over 40 years. He joined Baldwin Innovative Builders in 1992 and specializes in high end finishes. His years of experience and construction knowledge make him a valuable member of the Baldwin Innovative Builders team.

Joshua McDeavitt, Project Superintendent
Joshua joined Baldwin Innovative Builders in 1998 as a carpenter. His work ethic and dedication to the company and our clients over the years has quickly moved him through the ranks to become a superintendent. His attention to detail and his willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done makes him a valuable asset to Baldwin Innovative Builders and their clients.

Jason Gray, Project Superintendent
Jason completed a four year carpentry apprenticeship program in 1994 and became a licensed carpenter in Canada working on custom homes. In 1996 he moved to North Carolina and continued to work on custom homes. He has extensive experience in finish carpentry, cabinetry, high end custom home finishes and is OSHA certified. He joined Baldwin Innovative Builders in 2001 as a superintendent and has been working on custom estates in Palm Beach. His meticulous work methods and his relationships with the building officials make him a key piece of Baldwin Innovative Builders.

Kevin Kelly, Project Superintendent
Kevin joined Baldwin Innovative Builders in March of 2010. Kevin has managed the construction of hundreds of projects in his 28 years of experience. His responsibilities included the project management of custom luxury estates in the Town of Palm Beach and throughout South Florida. His exceptional attention to detail is evident in the numerous Palm Beach estates that he has completed. Working for Davis General Contracting for 23 years, he brings diversified experience in managing large custom estates to Baldwin Innovative Builders.

Mike Johnson, Project Superintendent
Mike joined Baldwin Innovative Builders in July of 2010. Prior to joining Baldwin Innovative Builders he worked at Davis General Contracting for 16 years as a project superintendent on large luxury estates in Palm Beach. He has extensive experience in layout, project management, working to a schedule, organizing subcontractors and working in the Town of Palm Beach. He also was a member of the Air Force where he learned how important dedication and teamwork is the key to a successful project. His experiences make him a key asset to the Baldwin Innovative Builders team.
